Indianapolis 500,,May 2008

Got to the Coca Cola lot, Nside so early, the roads were still grass...............

After getting set up, we lost the canopy to high winds................After re rigging, we were relaxed..
Cooked some sausages and fresh Indiana corn on the cob........

The son stayed in his tent..............He loved that.................

I do not know why I brought an extra cot,,,,,,,,,never used it..................

Pagoda, as we watched the INDY LIGHTS race on Saturday...........We could sit anywhere on the front stretch....................Start finish line in bottom right of pic...........................

I had been dreaming of turkey legs since last years 500..................Its the only time of the year I indulge in these..............YUM.....................

Saw this T@B from Ohio camped out on the south side of track...............

Race morn, got the bike loaded and ready to wheel.............

Ordinary average guys..............yeah right..................
